Concepts of Health Care, Inc. is hiring a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our licensed home care team.
Office hours: Monday – Wednesday, 8:00 am – 2:00 pm.

What You’ll Do:
- Visit and assess clients in their homes.
- Communicate with doctors, clients, families, and staff.
- Complete nursing assessments and documentation.
- Supervise, train, and schedule certified aides.
- Ensure compliance with DOH regulations and agency policies.
Requirements:
- Active RN license.
- Professional, reliable, and personable.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
