What You'll Do:
- Provide high-quality nursing care within the behavioral health unit, utilizing the nursing process effectively
- Assess patient needs, develop, and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members
- Lead and delegate tasks to licensed and ancillary staff, ensuring optimal team performance
- Monitor patient progress, document care activities, and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain compliance with healthcare standards, safety protocols, and confidentiality requirements
- Participate in patient teaching, discharge planning, and safety initiatives
What You Need:
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a behavioral health setting
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- CPI certification (or willing to obtain)
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with healthcare software and documentation tools
