What Youll Do:
- Lead nursing interventions and coordinate patient care in a behavioral health setting.
- Assess patient needs, develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Delegate tasks and oversee nursing team functions, ensuring quality outcomes.

- Document care activities accurately using electronic health record systems.
- Follow all safety and compliance protocols to maintain a safe environment.
What You Need:
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
- BLS certification (American Heart Association).
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Preferred: Certification in clinical specialty area and CPI certification.
