What Youll Do
Provide patient care using the nursing process in alignment with the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code for Nurses, and scope/standards of practice.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to support quality patient outcomes.
Delegate, direct, and assist licensed and ancillary team members as appropriate.
Serve as a leader and partner on the interdisciplinary team, supporting coordination of care.
Use nursing data and clinical information to evaluate and promote change toward optimal outcomes.
Demonstrate cultural, ethnic, and religious sensitivity in all patient and team interactions.
Support unit and departmental goals while maintaining professional accountability for your practice.
What You Need
Required
Current RN (Registered Nurse) license in the state of practice
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
2+ years of experience
Ability to use computers/software/web-based applications
Effective verbal and written communication and strong organizational/time management skills
Preferred
Associate or bachelors degree in nursing
Certification in a clinical specialty area
