About the Role:
Join Paradise Of Joy Homecare LLC as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Cairo, GA, where you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and high-quality care to our clients. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Assist in training and mentoring new nursing staff and caregivers.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery.

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in home health or related fields.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
