RN Cardiac Med Surg

Position: RN Cardiac Med Surg Location: Panama City, FLShifts/Schedule: Full-time • Nights (Rotating Weekends)What You’ll Do:As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with the requirements of the department and the standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. Collaborating with medical providers and the care team, you will provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, following established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." You will also act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.Qualifications Required:

• Must have Acute Care RN experience (it doesn't need to be in the Med-Surg) * The Acute Care experience must be within 3 years UNLESS you have several years of RN experience, then it can be 5 years!!!
• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Active Registered Nurse license
• ASN required; BSN preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay rate range: Min $27.72/hr. – Max $39.60/hr. (Based on years of experience)
• Shift Diffs: $4/hr. (No Weekend differential)
• Sign-on Bonus: Case by Case
• Relocation Assistance: Case by Case
