Assignment Details

• Location: Simi Valley, CA

• Start Date: 08/17/2026

• End Date: 12/06/2026

• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (40 hrs/week)

• Rotating weekends required

• Competitive Weekly Pay + Travel Stipends

Requirements

• Active California RN License

• Recent Home Health experience

• Homecare Homebase/PointCare experience required

• Epic experience required

• Valid Driver's License, reliable vehicle & current auto insurance

• BLS Certification
