This is a great opportunity for an experienced home health nurse looking for the earning potential and flexibility of a short-term contract while working directly with a locally owned and operated Arkansas home health agency.Contract Details13-week contract assignmentFull-time scheduleElevated ratePosition is temporary and expected to conclude at the end of the 13-week assignmentThis contract position is not eligible for the standard full-time benefits package or sign-on bonusRequirementsActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the Arkansas State Board of NursingHome health and OASIS experience requiredProfessional Liability Coverage Policy requiredAbility to independently manage a home health patient caseloadStrong assessment, documentation, organization, and time-management skillsMinimum of three professional references provided on the application or upon initial contactResponsibilitiesDuties may include, but are not limited to:Managing and coordinating an assigned home health patient caseloadCompleting OASIS assessments, including Start of Care (SOC), recertifications, resumptions of care, transfers, and dischargesProviding skilled nursing and direct patient carePatient and caregiver educationMedication management and administrationWound carePost-surgical careCoordinating care with physicians and other members of the interdisciplinary teamCompleting timely and accurate clinical documentationPatient follow-up and ongoing assessment of care needsAdditional duties as assignedWhy Care IV Home Health?Care IV Home Health is locally owned and operated, and we are proud to be Arkansans serving Arkansans.
