Locations: Salt Lake County
Price: $38-40/hour DOE

What You'll Do:
- Provide skilled nursing care and manage patient care plans
- Support and educate patients and families
- Collaborate with a strong, mission-driven team
- Complete OASIS documentation
What We're Looking For:
- Active Utah RN license
- 2+ years nursing experience (home health/hospice a plus)
- Strong clinical judgment and communication
- Self-motivated and patient-focused
