RN - Case Manager

Job Title: RN – Case Manager (ED Night Shift)
Location: Irvine, CA 92612
Duration: 12 Weeks | Possible Extension
Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
Travel Pay: $2736/Weekly

Job Summary:

• Coordinate patient care, discharge planning, and transitions of care in the Emergency Department.
• Assess patient needs and develop care plans focused on quality outcomes and safe, cost-effective care.
• Perform utilization review using InterQual or other approved criteria.
• Coordinate with physicians, patients, families, payers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support appropriate patient placement, referrals, and post-hospital services.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Active RN License
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
• 1 year of Case Management experience
