Job Title: RN – Case Manager
Locations available: Irvine & Los Alamitos, CA
Duration: 12 Weeks | Possible Extension
Shift: Days | 8:00 AM - 05:00 PM
Travel pay package: $2,700/weekly gross ($1,500 Stipend Included)
Summary:- Complete patient assessments, reassessments, and discharge planning activities
- Perform utilization review using InterQual criteria and determine appropriate levels of care
- Coordinate care transitions and collaborate with providers, payers, patients, families, and community resources
Licensure: Active California RN License
Certifications: BLS
Experience:- 1 Year Case Management - Acute/Hospital/Inpatient
- 5 Years of Clinical RN
Other: Weekend/Holiday Coverage – as needed
