• Education Requirements: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Montana or ability to obtain license prior to start
• Certifications Requirements: BLS certification, CPR certification, and relevant state-specific licensure
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of care coordination or discharge planning experience; Experience with insurance processes (Medicare, Medicaid)
• Other Requirements: Strong bedside manner; Ability to do referral intakes; Willingness to commute to Billings, MT; Excellent communication skills
