Join a nationally recognized teaching hospital and Level I Trauma Center with 397 beds, Magnet designation, a Comprehensive Stroke Center, and a Level III Perinatal Center.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse Cardiac Cath Lab to join a fast-paced procedural team performing diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. This role requires previous Cath Lab experience and the ability to work independently in high-acuity cases.

Schedule

• 10-hour day shifts (7:00 AM 5:30 PM)
• Self-scheduling with manager approval
• Weekend and weekday on-call rotation required
• 30-minute response time for call
• Up to 7 days of approved RTO

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and circulate Cath Lab procedures
• Administer moderate sedation (Versed/FentaOur client)
• Manage critical drips and emergency interventions
• Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care

• Diagnostic & Interventional Cardiac Catheterization
• STEMI/NSTEMI Cases
• Left & Right Heart Catheterization
• Impella & IABP Support
• Rotational Atherectomy (Rotoblator)
• CTO/PCI Procedures
• Temporary Pacemakers
• Peripheral Vascular Interventions
• Loop Recorders
• EP Procedures including Micra, Pacemakers, AICDs, Lead Revisions, and Generator Changes

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab experience
• First-time travelers will not be considered
• Active RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Experience with moderate sedation and cardiac intervention procedures preferred
