Required Skills:
  • Valid RN license in the state of practice
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications from the American Heart Association
  • Strong knowledge of cardiac procedures, patient assessment, and post-procedure care
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Demonstrated judgment and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to adapt to diverse patient populations with sensitivity and professionalism

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Certification in a clinical specialty related to cardiac nursing
  • Experience working with advanced cardiac devices or interventional radiology
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records and data analysis
  • Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
  • 2+ years of expansive experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory or similar setting

Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work the full 24-hour shift schedule
  • Willingness to comply with all healthcare regulations and safety standards
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and professional growth
