RN - Charge Nurse - Med/Surg - FT Nights
Job Summary:
- Under the direction of the Clinical Coordinator and department managers, relieves nurses and assists with directing and providing patient care in inpatient areas.
- Lead-Relief Nurse will provide support, assistance, and relief for breaks to nurses working within the hospital.
- They will participate as a member on the Rapid Response Team and Code Blue Team.
- They will be responsible for quality monitoring to ensure orders are followed, charts are complete, and issues clarified.
- They may assist with bed control and staffing, including direct admissions.
WAGE RANGE: $54.20 - $81.07 PER HOUR
