RN Clinical Coordinator Dialysis

POSITION SUMMARYThe Clinical Coordinator RN Dialysis works collaboratively with the ICU Director to conduct education needs assessment, training, and evaluation of the Dialysis staff. He/she will monitor the quality of care offered by the department, as well as investigate and develop solutions to issues. Serves as a link between nursing staff and hospital management and responds to questions or complaints from patients or family members. The Clinical Coordinator has occasional direct patient care duties if the need arises.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSStrong dialysis experience is requiredCharge or supervisory experience in dialysis is preferredA current Louisiana RN Licensure is requiredBLS and ACLS Healthcare Provider Status is requiredPlease indicate whether you have ever been convicted of a crime, including any misdemeanors and/or DUI/DWI.
