Location: New York 14456 (GGH)
Pay Rate: $2,108 – $2,365
Schedule: 3x12s, variable Day/Night shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Additional: Every other weekend and holidays as needed
Provide clinical leadership across acute care units during assigned shifts
Support nursing staff with patient care coordination, staffing, and clinical decision-making
Manage emergencies and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards
Mentor, coach, and support staff development and performance
Collaborate with leadership to optimize patient outcomes and operational efficiency
Active New York RN License: Required
Minimum 3 years acute care RN experience
Minimum 1 year critical care experience (ED preferred)
Minimum 1 year leadership/Charge Nurse experience
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required; CPI within 90 days
Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills
