RN – Clinical Leader Acute (Contract)

Location: New York 14456 (GGH)
Pay Rate: $2,108 – $2,365
Schedule: 3x12s, variable Day/Night shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM / 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Additional: Every other weekend and holidays as needed

Position Summary & Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership across acute care units during assigned shifts

• Support nursing staff with patient care coordination, staffing, and clinical decision-making

• Manage emergencies and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards

• Mentor, coach, and support staff development and performance

• Collaborate with leadership to optimize patient outcomes and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Active New York RN License: Required

• Minimum 3 years acute care RN experience

• Minimum 1 year critical care experience (ED preferred)

• Minimum 1 year leadership/Charge Nurse experience

• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required; CPI within 90 days

• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills
