SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 8-5
PAY RANGE: $87,339 - $102,627 annually
SUPPLEMENTAL PAY: Based on position, schedule and/or availability: Paid mileage/Shift Differentials/Stipends
MILEAGE AND EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT: Sixty-two and a half cents per mile – one of the highest in the industry!

REWARDING WORK YOU WILL DO:
Responsible for all aspects of the overall management, supervision and coordination of nursing services provided in in-participant facility areas. The Clinical Manager is a member of the Interdisciplinary Team.
- Oversees all direct and indirect nursing services provided by staff on the interdisciplinary team (IDT). These services will be provided at the Center, in participant homes, and at facilities.
- Actively participates in census growth and strategic team planning and outcomes.
- Provides management and supervision of the team including recruitment, orientation, training, performance/productivity management, motivation and maintaining records. Staff supervised include RN, LPN, MA, C.N.A., and Personal Care Workers.
- Oversees and monitors their teams’ EMR documentation to ensure timeliness and accuracy, reflecting the appropriate quality, continuity, and level of care for participants.
- Ensures clinic and homecare nursing assessments are thorough, participant-centered and completed timely.
- Provides supervision, training, and support to all direct reports on a regular basis, ensuring best practices
are met to enhance participant and family satisfaction. - Manages staff workload according to enrollment, census, and acuity to maximize productivity, efficiency of agency resources and appropriate stewardship. Responsible for ensuring appropriate team/patient staffing ratios are maintained.
- Provides leadership by example to create a collaborative working environment.
- Works closely with Center Medical Director and Center Director to create an implement effective clinic and Day Center processes that achieve participant satisfaction and safety.
- Coordinates and attends meetings, to include IDT, team discipline, partner agency, and other meetings as needed to ensure coordination of services in all care settings.
- Addresses customer complaints through evaluation and follow-up, taking corrective action if warranted.
- Monitors and enforces compliance with all regulatory agencies governing participant care.
- Actively participates in regulatory surveys and serves as a liaison between the team members and Serves as primary nursing resource for audit preparation, compliance monitoring and outcome measurement.
- Identifies Electronic Medical Record improvements to enhance team member and participant satisfaction, outcomes, and safety.
- Participates in operational budget planning and implementation by managing the proper utilization of medical supplies, drugs, and appropriate care staffing levels.
WHAT WE ARE GOING TO LOVE ABOUT YOU:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree nursing required, master’s degree in related field and/or certification in nursing specialty, such as wound care or risk management preferred.
- Minimum Experience: Three (3) years of responsible supervisor experience in healthcare.
- Required License: Current Colorado RN license required. Valid Colorado state driver’s license and automobile insurance. Current CPR certification. CPR must be provided and/or obtained within 14 days of hire.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift/push/pull minimum of 30 lbs.
