      Manage Daily Operations

      • Oversee staffing and scheduling across behavioral health programs.
      • Help ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet patient care needs.
      • Address day-to-day operational and employee concerns.
      • Support onboarding and orientation for new team members.
      • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and team effectiveness.

      Promote Quality and Safety

      • Help ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
      • Support staff education, competency development, and best practices.
      • Participate in initiatives that improve patient safety, quality of care, and team performance.
      • Partner with quality and education teams to maintain high standards of care.

      Support Workforce Development

      • Build and maintain a highly skilled and adaptable team.
      • Support employee engagement, retention, and career growth.
      • Identify learning opportunities and partner with educators to address development needs.

      Financial and Resource Management

      • Monitor staffing and productivity trends.
      • Assist with budgeting and resource planning.
      • Help balance operational needs while maintaining quality patient care.

      Qualifications

      Required

      • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from ACEN, CCNE or NLN CNEA accredited institution

      • Clinical experience in a psychiatric or behavioral health setting
      • Previous leadership experience such as charge nurse, supervisor, team lead, or manager

      Preferred

      • Experience leading teams within behavioral health or psychiatric care settings
      • Experience managing staffing, scheduling, or workforce operations
