Star Pediatric Homecare by Abound Health is seeking a Pediatric RN Clinical Manager to join our Clinical Leadership team in Union County, NJ!

In this full-time, 40-hour per week role, you will report to the Director of Nursing. You will oversee pediatric home care services, supporting nurses in the field and ensuring high-quality care for our young patients. This position combines office-based responsibilities with regular patient home visits, including occasional overnight visits to supervise night-shift nurses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support field clinical staff across day and night shifts.
  • Coordinate and oversee patient care plans.
  • Conduct regular patient home visits and staff evaluations, including some overnight supervisory visits.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical standards, company policies, and state regulations.
  • Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Lead staff training, case conferences, and performance reviews.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in the state of New Jersey.
  • Minimum 1 year of pediatric nursing in home care.
  • Hands-on experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care is perferred
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to varying schedules.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally, including occasional overnight supervision.

Education:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required).

Compensation & Benefits:

Annual Salary: $95,680

In addition to base pay, total compensation may include various other forms of pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive health, dental, and wellness benefits, which begin on your 90th day of employment. On-Call Requirement: Just one weeknight per week (phone support only, already built into your salary) and one weekend every six weeks. Weekend coverage includes an extra $150 and may involve light supervisory support.
