    What You'll Do

    As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you'll serve as a leader and resource for the Med/Surg nursing team by:

    • Coordinating daily departmental operations
    • Supporting patient-centered, evidence-based care
    • Assisting with staffing, patient assignments, and throughput
    • Mentoring, coaching, and supporting nursing staff
    • Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
    • Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
    • Promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence
    • Serving as a clinical resource and leader during your shift

    This role provides the perfect next step for experienced RNs looking to transition into nursing leadership while continuing to make a direct impact on patient care.


    What We're Looking For

    Required Qualifications

    • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
    • Recent acute care nursing experience
    • Strong communication and leadership skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    • BSN preferred
    • Medical Surgical nursing experience
    • Previous charge nurse, preceptor, or leadership experience
    • Passion for staff development and patient advocacy
