What You'll Own

  • Lead daily nursing operations and clinical excellence.
  • RN Clinical Educator to include training, interviews, orientation, team development & growth
  • Coach, develop, and hold your team accountable
  • Ensure medications, treatments, and documentation are done right, every time
  • Partner with interdisciplinary teams to drive resident outcomes
  • Manage staffing, quality, and compliance

What You Bring

  • Active RN license
  • 2+ years leadership experience (long-term care preferred)
  • Strong clinical judgment plus team leadership skills
