We're seeking an experienced RN Clinical Nursing Supervisor to lead our dedicated Cardiology team. You'll partner closely with physicians, advanced practitioners, and clinical staff to create an efficient, patient-centered environment while mentoring and supporting a high-performing nursing team.

This position combines leadership with hands-on clinical practice, allowing you to continue caring for patients while helping shape the future of ambulatory cardiology care.

What You'll Do

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision for clinical nursing staff.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative culture focused on exceptional patient care and staff engagement.
  • Oversee clinical workflows to promote efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop nursing staff to support professional growth.
  • Partner with physicians, advanced practitioners, and practice leadership to improve operations and patient outcomes.
  • Lead and participate in quality improvement and service excellence initiatives.
  • Serve on departmental and interdisciplinary committees.
  • Provide direct patient care as needed to support practice operations.

Schedule

  • Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week
  • 8-hour shifts, Flexible schedule based on practice and staffing needs
  • Monday–Friday
  • No weekends or holidays

Practice Locations

This role supports our Cardiology practices located in:

  • Springfield, MA – 3300 Main Street
  • Northampton, MA – 325B King Street
  • Greenfield, MA – 164 High Street
  • Travel to these locations is required in this role

Qualifications

  • Current Massachusetts RN license
  • AHA BLS Required
  • 4–5 years of clinical nursing experience required
  • True leadership experience is required--Supervisory, Charge Nurse, or Team Lead experience
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to partner effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
  • BSN preferred; ADN Required
  • Ambulatory care leadership experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and process improvement skills
  • Demonstrated success building engaged, high-performing clinical teams

Compensation

Note: The compensation range(s) in the table below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.

Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum

$98,051.00 - $112,715.00 - $133,348.00
