Weekend Requirement: Weekends begin Friday night
Pay Rate: $37.00$58.22 per hour (based on experience)
Shift Differential: $4.50/hour for nights | $3.00/hour for weekends
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 for full-time hires (paid over two years)

RN Clinical Supervisors Emergency Department for three direct-hire opportunities in Rock Hill and Fort Mill, SC. These leadership positions are responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of a busy Emergency Department while ensuring exceptional patient care, staff engagement, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Working in partnership with the Emergency Department Director, the Clinical Supervisor provides leadership for nursing staff, supports departmental goals, oversees staffing and workflow, promotes patient safety, and maintains a high standard of clinical excellence. This opportunity is ideal for experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurses who are ready to advance into nursing leadership or continue growing as frontline clinical leaders.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Leadership
Supervise the daily operations of the Emergency Department to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
Provide leadership, guidance, and clinical support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
Promote a culture of patient safety, teamwork, accountability, and service excellence.
Maintain clinical competency while supporting patients across all age groups and acuity levels.
Serve as the clinical resource for staff, patients, and families during complex patient care situations.
Operations & Staff Management
Collaborate with the Emergency Department Director to support departmental goals, strategic initiatives, and operational performance.
Coordinate staffing assignments and monitor patient flow to maximize efficiency and patient outcomes.
Assist with scheduling, staffing adjustments, and resource allocation based on department needs.
Support employee coaching, performance improvement, mentoring, and professional development.
Promote compliance with hospital policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements.
Quality & Patient Safety
Monitor quality indicators, patient outcomes, and departmental performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with infection prevention, patient safety, and emergency department protocols.
Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and operational efficiencies.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental performance activities.
Qualifications
Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Valid multistate compact RN license required or the ability to obtain the appropriate multistate license within 30 days of employment.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certifications required during orientation.
Minimum of three years of Emergency Department (ED) nursing experience.
Previous charge nurse, team lead, clinical supervisor, or other nursing leadership experience required.
Demonstrated leadership, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-acuity emergency care environment.
Strong clinical decision-making skills with a commitment to patient-centered care.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, holidays, and participate in the on-call rotation.
