Job Title: RN Clinical Supervisor Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma 74133 Duration: Direct Hire, FT Shift/Schedule: Days | 7:00 AM 7:00 PM | 3x12s | Fri/Sat/Sun or Sat/Sun/Mon | (36 hrs/week) Job Responsibilities: Manage nursing staff and maintain compliance with patient care standards and budget guidelines Evaluate and adjust staffing needs for current and upcoming shifts Coach, counsel, and evaluate nursing personnel Monitor attendance and staffing compliance Provide clinical expertise for patient placement and bed management Coordinate patient transfers and continuity of care Communicate effectively with staff, patients, families, and ancillary departments Serve as a clinical resource for patient care and issue resolution Monitor and evaluate standards of nursing care Utilize nursing process to provide patient care as needed Assist in development and revision of unit policies and protocols Support performance improvement (PI) and educational activities Identify staff training needs and assist with in-service programs Participate in corrective action and quality improvement initiatives Work closely with directors, healthcare professionals, and multidisciplinary teams Requirements: Graduate of an approved school of nursing Valid Oklahoma RN license or compact multistate RN license Minimum 12 years of related nursing experience Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Surgical Step Down experience Knowledge of disease state management, clinical pathways, and biopsychosocial care models Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively Detail-oriented with ability to review clinical and numerical data Strong conflict management skills Leadership and supervisory experience preferred due to staff oversight responsibilities Preferences: Experience in cardiac surgical step-down units Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience Experience with performance improvement and staff education initiatives
