Job Summary

seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with strong Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) experience to provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards and policies.
• Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and document changes appropriately.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and support staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Respond appropriately to patient emergencies and changes in condition.
• Promote patient safety and maintain a therapeutic care environment.
• Follow infection-control, safety, and hospital procedures.

Requirements

• Active South Carolina RN License or compact RN license.
• Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) experience is required.
• Current BLS certification.
• Previous acute-care or hospital nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
