    Description

    30 bed ICU-Neuro ICU and surgical ICU EPIC experience a must Knowledge required for CRRT- CABG-Stroke-TNK BLS-ACLS-NIHSS- works every other weekend and every other holiday if sick call occurs on weekend Friday 7p-Monday 7am, associate is required to work the following weekend Floating is an expectation of this contract should ICU experience low census no RTO during Holidays Must have experience in assisting in bedside procedures: intubation/extubation, central line placement, arterial line placement, chest tube insertion, thoracentesis, TEEs, and cardioversions. Must have experience managing patients on ventilators, bipap/avaps, and other oxygen delivery methods, on multiple vasoactive medications. Must have experience with patients undergoing general (GI) surgical procedures, stroke/neuro procedures (craniectomy, hemicraniectomy, spinal surgeries), cath lab interventions, interventional radiology procedures, managing sepsis/GI Bleed/COPD/CHF/DKA patients. Must be able to interpret invasive hemodynamic values (CO/CI/SVV/CVP/SvO2). Preferred: open heart experience (CABG, valve surgeries, AAA), comprehensive stroke experience (EVD, thrombectomy, TNK), experience managing patients on assist devices: IABP, Impella, CRRT (Prisma), and experience with prone positioning, initiation and maintenance of paralytics (TOF/BIS monitoring).
