    Description

    Hospitals on Incredible Health are actively hiring and accepting applications in the Richland, WA area for the following position: RN - Critical Care. Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.
    • Shift(s) available: day shift, night shift, and mid shift
    • Job types available: full time, part time, and per diem

    Qualifications:

    • ADN or higher degree in nursing
    • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
    • 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred
    • ACLS certification preferred
    • Ability to function effectively under stress
    • Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures
    • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skill
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills

    Responsibilities:

    • Rapidly assess a patient conditions, including vital signs and other physiological parameters, and intervene with the appropriate care
    • Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, and/or life-threatening conditions
    • Manage various life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring
    • Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations
    • Administer medications and other treatments
    • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
    • Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan
