Position: CVICU RN – Ocala, FL – Training available for qualified nurses!!
Schedule/Shift: Full-Time | Nights available (with Rotating weekends)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic CVICU RN to join our team. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will care for our sickest patients, which may include patients on ventilators and various drips.
What you will do in this role:
Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions
Provide high focus care with a commitment to continuous improvement
Requirements:
1 year of Recent (within the last 2-3 years) Acute Care ICU RN experience. *Would Consider 2+ years of PCU RN experience*
Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
Associate Degree, BSN preferred
BLS within 30 days of hire
ACLS within 90 days of hire
Compensation:
Pay rates: UP to Max. $48.00/hr. (Based on years of experience) Shift Diffs: Nights $4.25/hr., Weekends $3/hr.
