Title: RN DesigneeDepartment: Assisted Living Supervisor: SALSASupervises: Certified Nursing Assistants, LPNsSUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe Registered Nurse (RN) Designee directs, plans, and coordinates services activities of professional nursing and auxiliary nursing personnel in providing resident care, including the overall medication delivery system and the coordination of in-service training for the department. In addition, the RN Designee is responsible for interpreting and monitoring compliance with policy and regulations to all nursing staff, providing relief in the absence of the SALSA, on-call as needed, following-up with family concerns as needed. QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESRN with license to practice in the State of CTMinimum 1 year experience in Assisted Living and/or Home CareManagement experience preferred
