Location: AZ, 85719
Contract Duration: 130 weeks (Mar 29, 2027 – Sep 29, 2029)
Pay Rate: $1623 – $1826 per week
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Deliver dialysis care and monitor patient responses during treatment
Assess, document, and communicate patient status and changes
Operate dialysis equipment and ensure treatment safety/compliance
Collaborate with care team to support optimal patient outcomes
Must be available for 2 Saturdays per 4-week schedule period
Sunday: On-call RN coverage for urgent treatments only
Holidays: Rotating schedule (details provided during orientation)
Dress Code: Navy scrubs with navy warm-up jacket
Active RN license (Arizona or compact state, as applicable)
Dialysis nursing experience preferred
Current BLS certification (additional certifications may be required by facility)
