- ASLS
- CCHT
- BONENT
- Must have a current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current certification of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with a Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers card with American Heart Association.
- RN Dialysis
- Current state Registered Nurse Licensure, within the state of Utah.
- BLS
- 6 months of experience in a chronic dialysis facility preferred.
