Our confidential client is seeking an experienced Director of Clinical Services (RN)<\/b> to lead the clinical operations of its growing home health organization in Austin, Texas<\/b>. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high -quality, patient -centered care while maintaining regulatory compliance, driving quality improvement initiatives, and developing high -performing clinical teams.

POSITION OVERVIEW
<\/h1>

The Director of Clinical Services provides strategic and operational oversight for all clinical services within the home health agency. This individual is responsible for supervising clinical staff, ensuring compliance with Medicare regulations, overseeing quality improvement initiatives, and promoting best practices throughout the organization.

Working closely with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and executive leadership, the Director of Clinical Services ensures exceptional patient care while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Clinical Leadership

• Provide leadership and oversight for all clinical operations within the home health agency.

• Supervise, mentor, and develop nursing staff while promoting clinical excellence and professional growth.

• Manage staffing and scheduling to ensure appropriate clinical coverage and exceptional patient care.
  <\/li>
• Foster a collaborative, patient -centered culture focused on quality, accountability, and compassion.

  Patient Care & Quality

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and monitor individualized patient care plans.
    <\/li>
  • Monitor patient outcomes, quality indicators, and performance metrics to improve clinical effectiveness.
    <\/li>
  • Ensure adherence to evidence -based clinical practices and organizational standards.
    <\/li>
  • Promote high -quality care that enhances patient safety, satisfaction, and overall outcomes.

    Regulatory Compliance
    <\/h3>

    • Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation, Texas state regulations, and organizational policies.
      <\/li>
    • Oversee OASIS accuracy, documentation quality, and regulatory compliance.
      <\/li>
    • Monitor the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program to ensure appropriate corrective actions and continuous quality improvement.
      <\/li>
    • Maintain survey readiness and ensure compliance with all documentation standards.

      Staff Development

      • Provide ongoing education, coaching, and mentorship to clinical staff.
        <\/li>
      • Facilitate training related to OASIS, QAPI, regulatory updates, clinical best practices, and documentation requirements.

      • Promote continuous professional development and employee engagement.
        <\/li>
      • Support performance evaluations and leadership development initiatives.
        <\/li><\/ul>

        IDEAL CANDIDATE
        <\/h1>

        The successful candidate will possess:
        <\/p>

        • Two to five years of Home Health RN leadership experience.
          <\/li>
        • Strong knowledge of OASIS documentation, Medicare regulations, and home health compliance.
          <\/li>
        • Extensive experience leading Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives.
          <\/li>
        • Proven success mentoring and developing clinical teams.
          <\/li>
        • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
          <\/li>
        • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem -solving abilities.
          <\/li>
        • Thorough understanding of clinical systems, patient care standards, anatomy, physiology, and home health best practices.
          <\/li>
        • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient -centered care.

          REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
          <\/h1>

          • Current, unrestricted Texas Registered Nurse (RN)<\/b> license.
            <\/li>
          • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)<\/b> required.
            <\/li>
          • Minimum of two to five years of Home Health leadership experience.<\/b>
            <\/li>
          • OASIS experience required.<\/b>
            <\/li>
          • QAPI experience required.<\/b>
            <\/li>
          • Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations and home health documentation requirements.
            <\/li>
          • Demonstrated leadership experience supervising clinical teams.
            <\/li>
          • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
