Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective treatment.
Job Duties:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and delegated medical functions in accordance with nursing standards.
Monitor patient conditions, document care accurately, and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions.
Review and coordinate therapy and treatment plans while referring patients for additional care when needed.
Float to other qualified departments and participate in on-call coverage as required by operational needs.
Requirements:
Active RN License (Montana State or Compact License).
Recent 1 year of Registered Nurse Emergency Department experience is required
Current BLS (AHA) Certification – Required.
Current ACLS (AHA) Certification – Required.
Current PALS (AHA) Certification – Required.
Current TNCC, ENPC, and NIHSS Certifications – Required.
