Your Role

As an Emergency Department RN, you’ll play a critical role in delivering timely, high-quality care to patients with a wide range of emergency and acute-care needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform rapid and comprehensive patient assessments

• Prioritize patients based on acuity and clinical needs

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

• Monitor vital signs and recognize changes in patient condition

• Provide emergency interventions and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team

• Care for patients with medical, surgical, trauma, and other emergency conditions

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Educate patients and families regarding treatment and follow-up care

• Maintain strict infection-control and patient-safety standards

• Respond calmly and effectively to rapidly changing clinical situations

What We’re Looking For

• Active California RN license

• Current BLS, Acls certification

• Recent Emergency Department RN experience

• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Compassionate, adaptable, and patient-focused approach

• Ability to commit to the full 13-week assignment
