RN - Emergency - Hospital - 100K+/yr

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department team. This position requires flexibility to work variable shifts, with a commitment to providing exceptional care to emergency patients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the emergency department.
• Assess, triage, and monitor patients while ensuring timely and effective treatment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Administer medications, assist with procedures, and provide patient education.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Oregon Registered Nurse License (must be active upon hire).
• National Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – American Heart Association (upon hire).
• National Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification – American Heart Association (upon hire).
• National Provider Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification – American Heart Association (within 90 days of hire).
• At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in an emergency care setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in emergency nursing or a high-acuity care environment is highly desirable.
