Shift: Nights, 3x12 Hours (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Weekend: Every other weekend required

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced ER Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a fast-paced Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will have strong critical care experience and be comfortable managing high-acuity patients including stroke, STEMI, and trauma cases.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of ER experience (required)
• Experience with stroke, STEMI, and critical care patients with drips
• Active RN License (state of practice)
• Graduate of an accredited RN program
• Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS
• Cerner experience required
• BSN highly preferred
• Must live 100+ miles from facility

Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency nursing care to a wide range of patients (urgent to critical)
• Manage critical care interventions including medication titrations, arterial lines, chest tubes, and blood transfusions
• Assess, monitor, and stabilize patients in emergency situations
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure accurate documentation and high-quality patient care
