Adventist Health and Rideout is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to provide high-quality emergency care for patients of all ages in a fast-paced acute care environment. The ER RN will assess, prioritize, and treat patients with a wide range of medical, surgical, and traumatic conditions while collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure safe, timely, and effective patient care.
Current Epic EMR experience required
Recent Emergency Department experience in an acute care hospital
Experience caring for high-acuity and trauma patients
Strong emergency assessment, critical thinking, and multitasking skills
Ability to work variable 12-hour shifts
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Active California Registered Nurse (RN) License
Basic Life Support (BLS) – AHA
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – AHA
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – AHA
Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) required per facility guidelines
BSN preferred
