Weekend Requirements: Weekend schedule to be determined by facility
On Call Requirements: On Call schedule to be determined by facility
Gross Pay Weekly: $2527 (Based on 36hrs)
Weekly Taxable: $1260 ($35/hr x 36hrs)
Misc. and I E: $476 (non-tax weekly)
Lodging: $791 per week
OT Rate: $90 (After 40hrs)
Estimated Net Weekly: $2149 (based on 36hrs)
