Job Title: RN - Employee Health
Location: NYC, NY
Duration: 3 months Contract
Schedule: Varied – 6:00-2:30; 7-3:30,8-4:30, 830-5:00 Monday – Friday. Weekends could be required, must be flexible.
Hourly rate: $52/hour on W2 (Negotiable)
Responsibilities- Provide safe, evidence-based patient care using the nursing process.
- Assess, monitor, and manage stepdown/cardiac patients.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Educate patients and families on treatment and discharge plans.
- Document patient care accurately in EPIC.
- Ensure patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance.
- Perform patient rounding and support positive patient experience.
- Assist with charge nurse duties when assigned.
- Support quality improvement and professional development initiatives.
Required Qualifications- BSN – Required
- Active NYS RN License
- BLS Certification
- Minimum 2 years RN experience
- Experience in vaccine administration, EMR experience, excellent customer service skills, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal manager oversite.
- EPIC experience Required
