RN Employee Health Manager Boulder Community Health, Boulder, CO 80303 $44.40 - $66.61 an hour - Full Time, 40 hours/week Boulder Community Health is seeking an experienced RN Employee Health Manager to lead Employee Health and Occupational Health programs that support the safety, well-being, and regulatory compliance of BCH employees and providers. This role provides both clinical and operational leadership for employee health services, including occupational injury management, workers compensation, immunization programs, employee health clearances, exposure response, infection prevention initiatives, and regulatory readiness. Working closely with Human Resources, Infection Prevention, Patient Safety, Risk Management, and clinical leaders, the RN Employee Health Manager helps ensure a safe work environment while supporting workforce health, organizational compliance, and hospital-wide safety initiatives. Current Colorado RN license in good standing BLS Certification within conditional period 2+ years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care or hospital setting required 3+ years of Employee/Occupational Health or Infection Prevention experience preferred Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily Employee Health and Occupational Health operations, including staff supervision, performance management, training, and regulatory compliance. Manage employee health programs such as pre-employment clearances, immunizations, drug testing, occupational health screenings, exposure response, and infection prevention initiatives. Oversee Workers Compensation programs, return-to-work processes, OSHA compliance, bloodborne pathogen programs, and other employee safety and regulatory requirements. Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, audit readiness, and compliance with OSHA, CDC, Joint Commission, and other healthcare regulatory standards. Provide employee education and guidance related to occupational health, infection prevention, exposures, and workplace safety. Partner with Human Resources, Infection Prevention, Patient Safety, Risk Management, and clinical leaders to support workforce health, hospital readiness, and organizational safety initiatives.
