What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality patient care using the nursing process for endoscopy procedures.
• Assess patient learning needs and implement appropriate teaching strategies for diverse patient populations.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Delegate and manage nursing team resources efficiently and serve as a collaborative team partner.
• Use clinical data and knowledge to evaluate care processes and promote continuous improvement.
• Respect patient privacy, adapt communication, and procedures to meet individual needs.
• Perform other duties related to the endoscopy nursing specialty as required.

What You Need

• Current RN license in Louisiana or applicable state
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 2 years of related specialty experience
• Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills
• Preferred: Certification in clinical specialty area
