What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct patient care in the endoscopy unit utilizing the nursing process
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders
• Monitor patient responses and vital signs during procedures
• Educate patients and families about procedures and post-care instructions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
• Maintain compliance with all safety and privacy regulations

What You Need:
Required:

• Current RN license in Louisiana
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• Previous experience in a clinical setting, preferably with endoscopy or procedural care

Preferred:

• Certification in a clinical specialty area
• Proficiency with computers and electronic health records
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
