What You’ll Do

• Deliver safe and effective patient care using the nursing process in an Endoscopy setting
• Assess patient needs, implement appropriate teaching strategies, and document care activities
• Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Delegate tasks and manage nursing team resources efficiently
• Use data and clinical information to evaluate patient outcomes and promote quality improvement
• Respect patient privacy and adapt communication style to diverse patient populations
• Perform other related duties as assigned

What You Need
Required:

• Active RN License in Louisiana
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)
• 1+ years of recent relevant nursing experience, preferably in Endoscopy or similar units

Preferred:

• Certification in a clinical specialty area
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in computer and electronic medical record systems
