What You’ll Do:
Deliver patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process and established standards of care
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, recovery, and ongoing care needs
Delegate and supervise assigned nursing staff appropriately
Participate in discharge planning and continuity of care coordination
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
What You’ll Bring:
Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license required
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
Acute care nursing experience preferred
BSN preferred
Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient advocacy skills
