What Youll Do
Deliver high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations in a fast-paced ER setting
Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and execute nursing interventions
Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
Use the nursing process to monitor patient progress and modify care as needed
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and federal/state regulations
Document accurately and efficiently in electronic health records
What You Need Required:
Active RN license in Louisiana
Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience
BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
Preferred:
Additional clinical specialty certifications
Familiarity with computer software and web-based applications
