What Youll Do
Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
Assess patient conditions and prioritize care needs in a fast-paced environment
Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and protocols
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members
Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records
Educate patients and families about discharge instructions and follow-up care
Utilize critical thinking skills to respond to emergency situations swiftly and effectively
What You Need
Required:
Valid RN license in State
Minimum 2 years ER nursing experience
BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Proficiency in using clinical software and web-based applications
Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred:
Bachelors degree in Nursing or higher
Additional clinical certifications in specialized areas
Experience with high-acuity patient care
