What Youll Do
Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Document patient care activities accurately in medical records
Educate patients and families on health management and follow-up care
Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, safety standards, and regulations
What You Need
Required:
Current Mississippi RN license
BLS Certification
CPI, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications
Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience
Strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities
Preferred:
Additional clinical specialty certifications
Experience working in fast-paced emergency environments
Proficiency with electronic medical records and healthcare software
