What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to a diverse patient population
• Assess patient conditions and prioritize treatment needs effectively
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Use nursing judgment to perform procedures and administer treatments
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and care procedures
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Mississippi
• At least 2 years of ER or acute care experience
• Current BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environment and maintain good judgment
